2011–2012

Establishment of the Purchasing Hub in Asia
The purchasing hub for Iberostar is established in Asia, achieving acquisitions worth over USD 4 million, directly impacting cost optimization and significantly improving product quality.

2013–2014

Start of In-House Production of Hotel Furniture
Production of indoor and outdoor furniture for the hospitality industry begins in Indonesia and China, consolidating a specialized manufacturing network for international contract projects.

2017–2020

Development of Proprietary Hotel Equipment Line
A comprehensive line of room accessories and equipment is created (minibars, safes, hangers, scales, hairdryers, irons, steamers…), ranging from standard products to customized solutions.

2023

Launch of the Green Compression Minibar
A compression minibar is launched with one of the lowest energy consumptions in the industry, standing out for its efficiency, sustainability, and reliability for hotel use.

2024

“La Bestia Green” Safety box
Technological innovation with the creation of a battery-free safety box, featuring optional internal charging and a Braille keypad, designed for accessibility and sustainability in hospitality.

Full Production and Installation at Hotel Joia Aruba (Iberostar)
Complete execution of furniture and equipment for all rooms at Hotel Joia Aruba, one of Iberostar's most important contract projects in the Caribbean.
